Who am I?
Flavour creation is my passion. Over the past 18 years, I have developed my expertise by working in different countries like the UK, Austria, Turkey and Germany. During this time, I have gained broad experience across food and beverage flavours. Early in my career, I focused on flavour analysis alongside formulation, before quickly specializing in flavour creation and development. I have worked on projects for nearly every market in the world, with a strong focus on the European market.
In recent t years, I have been training others. I find sharing knowledge gratifying, but mastering the savoir-faire is only one of the essential skills a flavorist needs to succeed.
I can help you create customer flavour profiles to fit your new product developments or work on flavour matching projects, either on an occasional basis or as part of a long-term collaboration. I am pleased to train your future flavourists, helping them develop the skills to create added value for your company. With 7 years of experience on masking and sugar reduction projects, I will help develop healthier food and beverages without compromising on taste. I can also play a big role in cost reduction or clean-label initiatives, whether you are reformulating flavours or your RTD/RTE products. Leveraging my expertise in EU flavour regulations, I will ensure that your formulations comply with the latest legislation.
How I work?
Whenever I work on a project, I always try to understand what the customer really needs. Often, it requires digging deeper to completely understand the final goal of the project. By doing so, I ensure that the customer’s real goal will be fulfilled and not just the task I was given. Through commitment, adaptability and collaboration, I am capable of finding optimal answers to your needs.
